Dry-rendered tallow tends to have a longer shelf life compared to wet-rendered, because there is less risk of microbial growth and spoilage. We take pride in the fact that our Tallow smells and looks like TALLOW! Why would we "purify" it and risk the benefits being diminished?

For best results, store your tallow at room temperature in a cool, dark place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Proper storage helps maintain a smooth, spreadable texture and prevents temperature fluctuations that can cause grittiness.
