Refund policy

We want you to love your Thomas Tallow Co. products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Because our products are personal-care items, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Products that have been substantially used are not eligible for return or refund.

Approved returns are subject to a $6 flat-rate return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee may be waived for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If you experience an unexpected skin sensitivity or reaction, discontinue use and contact us. We’ll review the situation individually and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
