Shipping Policy                                                                                                        Thomas Tallow Co. carefully prepares and packages each order for shipment.

Processing Times
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and shipped. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume.

U.S. Shipping
We offer $6 flat-rate shipping on U.S. orders. Orders of $50 or more ship free. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

Delivery Times
Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Thomas Tallow Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@thomastallowco.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
